i deffantally think that dr.devlin and also jerry calls him old friend i think that when the doc used to do reconstrutive surgery thats who changed jerrys face before he was mr.craig

Moreau aka Jerry is a lethal drug dealer. I think the guy with the tattoos(most likely Devlin) had Jerry move a drug shipment for him, probably illegal, experimental drugs, like the ones he wants to give to Nik. Jerry's probably so deep in mob business he can't get out.
Yeah I have a feeling Dr. Devlin isn't on the up and up when it comes to these "foreign" drugs. Why else would he ask Nicholas to keep quiet about his treatment? Jerry also has obtained dangerous drugs like he gave Nicholas to begin with--so I'm sure there is a connection between these two
Jerry is Mr. Marrow or w/e. I do believe Ian(doctor Devlin) is the guy because he always tries to avoid Jerry at gh. Also, remember when the guy with the tattoos asked about he employees at gh? hhmmm. def. him. Also, Devlin mentioned his previous career as a plastic surgeon. My guess is he probably used to change people like Jerry's faces to give them a new identity. He probably gave Jerry his too. Also, both of them are obsessed with drugs and Devlin wants Jerry to get him the Alcazar piers because Jerry "owes" his "old friend". I cant wait t? find out though+)
