That is exactly right. Whoever did it did not do it intentionally and didn't realize they did it for various reasons. If it was Liz, she was still woozy from the hospital, Monica well was drunk so she would be in trouble for driving, Nik had a blackout and Carly was crying! Plus, it was raining and hard to see. Leaving the scene is a crime but like I said noone realized it.
B/c he wants to clear saint Elizabeth name b/c she was driving that night and hit something. Those two together really urk me.

Yes because he wants to clear Liz but also because if it was her (It wasnt I hope) she left the scene of the accident. Even tho it wasn't her fault, she still hit Sam and left. That is a crime in itself.

It will probably point to her for a while Sam probably find out about it and think it is her but it wont be it will be Monica and after Monica hit her liz came by with her car fell asleep and ran on top of her that is how she got blood on her car but it wont come out till Monica finds out Jake is Jason's.

the person hit sam and left the scene, that makes it a crime. he would rather investigate to make sure the epitome of virtue- liz (gag!!!) isnt guilty than make her go to sam or the police and just come clean. nic did. i dont know why he cant jus let the cops do their jobs. the longer this goes on without her coming clean the more likely sam is going to think she did it on purpose and jason is helping liz to cover it up. jason has always been an honest person but since he got involved with liz he's done nothing but lie, and she is always at the root of it.
Actually whoever hit Sam did do something wrong; he/she hit Sam with the car and never stopped and left her laying in the road like an animal; not stopping and calling the police is a crime in itself and if the driver was intoxicated or medicated while driving, that's another crime in itself. Jason is not wasting his time since he loves Elizabeth and is trying to figure out who's guilty of the hit and run.

Because Elizabeth may be involved. And it would be the driver's fault for hitting her and not stopping. It doesn't matter that she ran into the car. It is illegal to leave the seen of an accident.
