Her name is Ava a women from Steve's past. She can't be good because of the note that Steve got. So I'm afraid that Kayla is in trouble because the women said she's not going to have Steve's baby.
her name is Ava...all we know is she is a female from his past..most likely an ex girlfriend. there is not much information on her other than she is a suspicious face from steves past.
All that is being said about her is that she is Ava, a woman with a past with Steve.

This woman knows Steve but how she knows him is beyond me. She is apparently jealous of Kayla which brings me to the conclusion that she might be his wife from when everyone thought that he had died. Her name is Ava by the way!
