I think its daniel from Kelly's. When georgie was killed, she knew her killer and wasn't frightened by him, in fact she thought it was Coop and she gasped and said 'oh its just you' before he killed her. She worked with daniel so she knew him. Then he has the bruise where Sam kicked him and hadn't been at work.
