she definately rocked it!!! (especially for a 40 year old woman)
It was okay. Rather repetitive in my opinion, and sub-par lyrics. She looked great though!

I think she's talented but a little ditzy. I like her voice and she's a great dancer. It's amazing that after all these years she's still got it.
it stunk.... she cannot lipsync.......
but the dance moves were ok.....
I was pleased to see she was performing again. She looked good on camera. She still had much of her former good looks on video. I liked her legs. The close ups and freeze frame shots were classic Paula Abdul. Insider her, I know she has great rhythm and it still shows.
BUT...
Overall, this was a heavily produced video. It was pieced together with so many cuts and mini-moments and special effects...we never got to see her dance just straight on one camera for even 30 seconds at a time. This was a Randy Jackson production and of course, he's been at this so long he could make anyone look rhythmic and trendy and slap the label "Hot" on it. And because it was a Randy Jacson / American Idol production, you would assume this is what you are supposed to believe is top of the charts, so hot, "Yo Yo Dog! Hey Dude! You got THE PACKAGE!" Whatever stupid drivel that Randy spits out.
On my "Schwing Meter" for Paula? Well, I wouldn't kick her out for eatin' crackers in bed based on that, but I just feel so sorry for her in how wimpy she's become, she's lost her edge and she doesn't really excite me anymore. She is a shadow of her former self. But at least she hasn't porked out and given up entirely.
I'd give that performance maybe a 6 on a Paula Abdul best performances scale of 1 to 10.
