Can anyone remember an old tv show???!
Question: Can anyone remember an old tv show? I think it was on BBC, it was a comedy spoof show, I think there was only about six episodes.
One episode was a police spoof which was really funny. The sergeant was training for a boxing match which he lost dismally. Most of the episode was spent with the officers training for the match.
Another officer had a dodgy penis enlargement which went badly wrong and he had a permanent stiffy!
Any suggestions would be good thanks

HA HA HA that sounds funny. I'm sorry I've never heard of it though, it doesn't make me think of anything.
Wouldn't be The Detectives would it? Jasper Carrot and Robert Powell were in it.
It just so happens that there is an episode on IMDB called 'Sparring Partners' which would fit with the boxing scenario.
There are also episode titles which could fit the 'stiffy' too - Mine's a Large One, Between a Rock and a Hard Place, D.C. of Love, Studs (or is that just my dirty mind?)
I remember watching a few of them and being most amused - I'm quite amazed to see that many episodes listed on IMDB as I thought it was quite a short run thing.
