If you have all the seasons, watch them all. If your asking which are the best...
"Hush", "The Body", and "Once More With Feeling" are some of the most innovative and best written of the series.
The trio appear in several episodes and ultimately one become a regular cast member.
"Superstar", season 4, for all your Jonathan-watching needs. :D
Or season 2, "Lie to Me", which is the best episode ever.

Watch the one wear those guys come and make it so you can't talk. Or an intense one with Willow being all witchy.
start at the beginning and work you way to the end... i loved the show and really miss it!
watch Hush, season 4, The Body season 5, Once More With Feeling season 6.
i just got over a big buffy faze so i would suggest season 6 disc 1 episode 1 & 2 (bargaining)
