I really fancy the idea of hypnosis. I can not and have not ever stuck to a 'diet' or healthy eating plan. I often say I feel I need to break the habit that I'm in. I'm not massively overweight but can eat like a horse and always eat if i'm bored or stressed.
I really want to find out if there is someone local who is any good at this ... I'm sceptical though as I've never thought I could be hypnotised but after seeing last nights show I am now wondering !?!?!
Fraid not. I dont see much TV.
