Crazy TMK theory.?!
Question: I know this won't be true, but I am grasping at straws to have the TMK be someone who is not dead. So how about Noah? He goes after Carly and gets Leticia instead, because he's mad at Bobbie for not being with him. He kills Georgie and attacks because Georgie bored him at that charity dinner where they got matched up a couple of years ago. Plus he's trying to hurt Robin for hurting Patrick. He killed Emily because he was afraid she would be a better doctor than Patrick. He's attacking Sam and Alexis because Alexis didn't want Patrick to operate on Sam after she was shot because she didn't trust him.
The best part is, though, he's not dead.

Interesting TMK theory but I say even though all evidence is pointing towards Logan right now; its Diego Alcazar; he's got motive and means. Daniel the coffee shop busboy is just a decoy to throw us off track. We've seen Sonny stage his own death and then the paramedics declared him dead and he was put in a bodybag and carted off to the morgue so I wouldn't say its impossible that Diego survived the shooting and his father Lorenzo Alcazar paid off cops and paramedics to declare his son dead when in fact he was still alive.
