No and I'm beginning to believe there is no dark secret unless it's being Connie! A lot of people seem to think she's Spinelli's mother but on the spoilers it just says he finds his father, never mentions a mother. When Jason and Lulu went searching for Spinelli once, he was with his grandmother-and they weren't in Bensonhurst! If she had Trevor's child, why hasn't he used it against her? She and Sonny didn't make love until they reunited in Port Charles unless they're going to do a rewrite and say the "first" time was only sex!
nope she didn't tell him anything... except that going back to being Connie could not happen. IDK but wouldn't it be funny if she left Bensonhurst because she got prego with Sonny's kid and it was Spanelli. LOL
