Question: It was about this young girl that was the only one that could see this guy (he was like a ghost or something.) There was a scene where the guy was taking a shower and she poured a bucket of ice down his back. I think it took place in ww II in the end he told her he had to go but she went to this place where injured war heroes and fighters were cared for he comes towards her in a wheelchair. Any ideas I remember the title having something like Remember when but I can't seem to find anything that matches that.

I think it's called Somwhere Tomorrow. It starred Sarah Jessica Parker. The movie was set in the present times for when it was recorded. You can check imdb.com for a complete description. (check under SJP since I'm not 100% about the title)
