No, there are only rumors and that it is someone Spinelli would want to keep hidden. Rumor is it is KAte and Trevor. I wonder if maybe Sonny's stepdad did something to her */c he was an abusive jerk. GH is keeping real tip lipped about this story.
I think its Sonny. And Spinelli might not want that out cause Sonny doesn't like him very much.

I think it might be Trevor. Kate knew his lifestyle and chose to give the baby up for adoption so that he wouldn't be around it. Spinelli found out and knowing how freaked out Trevor makes Sonny and Rick, he asks Jason not to tell anyone...especially Sonny.
