I have the like four disc edition set... omg its hysterical.... and how did you spell that word right? I never can.... Lucille Ball is HYSTERICAL! Did you see the freezer one? When they buy the butchers walk in freezer, then order like 250 sides of meat (she thought it meant like a side at a resturant!) then get locked in the freezer, then when the men come, they wanna see the freezer and they bought 2 more sides of meat (to start them off... LOL) then they start stuffing the sides into the heater thing... then later, they say, "do i smell barbeque?" LOL
I never liked black and white movies and shows. But when it comes to I Love Lucy - that show is the best. Lucy is hilarious!

I've seen every show so much and still continue to crack up. Lucy & Ethel's the best. The Vitameatavegamin episode was rated the best of all the episodes according to a poll several years ago. Working in a candy factory was close behind.
As a kid we didnt watch" I love Lucy ", my Dad wouldnt let us, he hated it. I never started watching any of it till I was older, as I took on his dislike for it without giving it a look. The sillyness of every situation Lucy gets herself into makes me laugh. How can it not? Perfect comedic timing, and her facial expressions! Pure entertainment.

I did in the 1970s, but when that's all that TVLand plays now, it gets kinda old. I feel like I'm watching one of those "Rocky Horror Picture Show" marathons, where the entire audience mouths the entire script. Sorry, but she just wasn't THAT funny. Hers is an idea that has come and gone. I am more the All in the Family type. Frankly, I'm tired of TVLand's programming, period. No F Troop, No McHale's Navy. No Laugh In. No Smothers Brothers.......let's see some CLASSIC TELEVISION. Not B grade general release movies, and NO original programming. Leave that for the E Channel.
the episode where they are going to europe and lucy and ethel are missing. fred says 'let's hope for the best'. ricky says of course they'll be found and fred says 'i said, let's hope for the best!' crack me up every time.
that and the eipsode where ricky tries to teach lucy how to drive. the scene where they return not speaking to each other is classic.

Love this show! Its a real classic. My favorite was when they went to Hollywood and Lucy, Ethel and Fred ate at the Brown Derby and they run into a movie star (forgot his name) and Ethel has to cut Lucy's spaghetti with scissors. Or when Ethel and Lucy worked in the candy factory. LOL! They dont make 'em like that anymore.
But of course! What do you think i put in my DVD Player when I'm sad or mad! Those two sorry four can't for get the guys, are hysterical! I own the complete series box set and though I've seen it all already i just keep playing them. That vitameatavegamin is classic! Though the speech is truly funny and i laugh alot i think i laugh more at the end when Ricky is singing and Lucy comes in and tries to repeat what he's saying! lmao and then he carries here off the stage!! My favorite though will forever be the Job switching with the chocolate factory and Oo Ricky and Fred cleaning up this mess from the rice! Oo anyone remember the one with the Queen of the Gypsies! With Lily and Prince Lancealot! Thanks for asking this question I'll have all these fun moments playing in my head all day now!

Of course I do...no matter how many times I've seen them before...their still just as funny as ever.
Oh yes. My favorite episode is when Lucy got locked in a trunk. Vance said one of the best lines after Lucy got locked in: "I'll go get Fred. You wait right there." Classic!
