I heard it was just done for "in house" amusement after an Xmas party. Never meant to be broadcast.

I remember Rainbow I think the one on your link was edited to make it "saucy". But yes it did come across a bit wrong to adult minds some times.
Yeah it is a spoof, it was made after normal filimg one day as a joke and was supposedly destroyed, but some copies still excisted

We are more educated now, so we read into what they are saying. I think its a genuine episode although I thought Bungle was really tall, unless the person playing him changed half way through.
