While I have enjoyed all of them (some really great episodes in each season, and I like the addition of Bela and the angst this year), I would have to say that my favorite was the second. I liked the twisted family dynamic as it played out in the wake of John's death and with the revelation that Sam was the YED's favorite son. I have to say, though, that the past couple recent episodes ("Dream a Little Dream" and "The Mystery Spot") were really good, and the third season might end up becoming my favorite.
