88-89 there was show called Superboy. John Haymes Newton played Superboy. There was also Lois and Clark in which ran from 93 to 97. Superman was played by Dean Cain.
It was George Reeves in the show from the Fifties. The actors and actresses have reappeared in various films.
In Superman I, Martha Kent was played by Phyllis Thaxter, who was Lois in the earliest TV shows.
In Superman Returns, the old lady in bed (imagine being identified like that in the credits) was Noel Neill, who played Lois in the later episodes, including the ones in color.
