Question: I am thinking Logan because Latiscia died right after Sonny fired him for not watching his kids and right before Emily died she yelled at Logan for picking on Spinelli at the ball. Logan didn't like Carly because she warned Lulu to stay away from him. But I haven't figured out why he would want Sam and Alexis dead.

if u watched the other day spenelli did make a point that tmk attacked everyone but lulu so some how they are all connected to her...but i also think it is logan especially after the stunt he pulled with trying to get lulu to sleep with him plus when sam go a hold of him she hurt his ribs and u saw lulu putting ice on it so...i really think its logan...but thats my opinion

Popular thought now says it is Diego Alcazar, son of Lorenzo. He was shot by Sam some time back, hated Lulu for the death of a friend etc.., I can't remember the other connections, but I'm sure some others on here will fill you in.
Diego is back on set and filming, supposedly to be onscreen sometime toward the end of this month.

Maybe she really WAS related to Cooper Barrett and Dr. Devlin gave her a new face or something, and Cooper had to do something for him to pay him back.
He definitely gave SOMEONE a new face, another good possibility is that he gave one to Jerry Jax/Moreau/Mr. Craig whoever he is.
Whoever Devlin is, he's definitely a bad guy, although I don't know why he would be going around trying to kill all the women of PC

It's Diego Alcazar. The actor who played him has been seen on the GH set, and there's no reason to bring that particular character back from the dead if not as the TMK. He's got a motive for every attack:
Leticia -- Get at Sonny and Jason through the kids.
Carly -- Get at Sonny and Jason.
Maxie -- Never liked him.
Emily -- Get at Sonny and Jason.
Georgie -- Partly responsible for his cousin's death.
Alexis -- Killed his uncle in self-defense.
Sam -- Shot him.
