It seems others are saying exactly the same thing i thought when i first turned on C5 and watched it.
I hope that guy is right, and we do get used to the change!
Even though i'm not a fan of Homa & Away, i remember watching it sometimes with my mum and remember when it changed, i noticed straight away how that bright colourful feel was lost to a bland film-like atmosphere. The same can be seen with Neighbours, and that was part of the appeal for many as it corresponded with the cheerful affable nature of much of its characters.

I noticed it on Home and Away but haven't watched either in a long time now. I thought it was my eyesight!!
I've not seen it on c.5 yet, maybe I'll making a point of watching it tonight to see what it's all about
I have seen ho me and away once or twice. Whenever i was ill i used to watch neighbours with my parents. thanks for the news though, i hadn't read that
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks it.The time has come when you're not sure what soap you're watching now because they all have the same bland contrasty "film" look.And how anyone thinks that adding adverts to the middle of a programme that previously didn't have any is progress, or better, hasn't got the brains they were born with!Also,pretending to hate Neighbours and the like when you know you watch it,is so infantile (big teeth? What?)

I have never watched Neighbours (only seen it when at someone else's house) and from what I've seen it's pointless Australian rubbish!
Is that the programme with the girl in it whose teeth are about 10 sizes too big for her mouth??? Or is it the other pointless one???? Who cares - lets hope they get rid of them both!
