GH fans, if the TMK is Diego, how did he live?!

I dont think Diego is alive. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the PCPD... Alcazar on the other hand may still be living.. In the soap opera world your never really dead unless we see a body and sometimes even then ur not dead (Remember years ago sonny played dead and they actually had a funeral for him and everyone believed he was a goner)
His dad was a twin, maybe he is too but I hope not.
How, money talks. Lorenzo could have had someone on his payroll in the PCPD, like Sonny did, and paid them to pronounce him dead. Then he sent him off to Venezuela, and remember that is where he took baby Lilia Rae when he kidnapped her so he could have been visiting his son, If Lorenzo is alive it would ruin Jason as a hitman! He has never screwed up so I don't think he will come back,.But, ya never know!
I will be really suprised if the TMK is not Diego. Especially after Kristina's reaction today.
I don't think his father is alive but I wouldn't put it past Alcazar to pay someone to say Diego was dead just so he could send him away. Probably to Venezula.
People die on the soaps all the time and if they want to they find a way to make them come alive again. I've lost count of the characters they have done this with over the years.
sam shot deigo and they pronuced him dead i thought he was dead but guess not as for his father they never found or did anything with his body then carly found some type of paper so that jasons charges would be dropped;; either or not the papers were fake or not that i dont know ;; also think about it it`s a soap opera and no ones ever dead =]
