I love Biggest Loser, it has great motivation! It also is really the only reality show that involves the public. With the Biggest Losers Club, so many other lives are changed beyond what's on TV.
Guilty Pleasure: The Bachelor...too bad it sucked last season when he picked neither girl. Stupid man.
Honestly, I have several favorite reality shows. I am a reality show junkie! I mean that literally! Most of them you have listed here, but I also want to add some others! Here we go: Flavor of Love 1 and 2, (3 is still in deliberation), I Love New York 1 and 2, Rock of Love 1 and 2, American Idol, Making the Band, America's Next Top Model, Apprentice, Big Brother, The Salt & Pepa show, Project Runway, Run's House, The Keyshia Cole Show, Snoop Dogg's Fatherhood, Kimora Lee Simmons Show, Keeping up with the Kardashians, So You Think You Can Dance, The Guanlet, and College Hill.

I was going to say big brother but if I have to choose from your options it would be american idol.
Top Chef, Project Runway, Intervention, Big Brother, Survivor....not necessarily in that order.
My personal favorite is ANTM 4eva.
But Project Runway is my 2nd, and isn't even on your list. Personal note to you: respect Heidi and add her onto your list....... lol.
