Diego was Lorenzo ALcazars son. Go to wikpedia.org and type in his name and you will get the full story. Dr. Devlin is new and tied to Jerry's past, he runs drugs with him presumably.
Diego is the son of Lorenzo Alcazar who was one of Sonny's rivals. Sam shot and supposedly killed him a couple years ago. I think that Dr. Devlin is also Jerry Jax's accomplice. I really don't like him, especially if he's gonna use Robin.

Dr Devlin is Patrick's old classmate from med school and Dr Devlin is looking more and more like the faceless guy Jerry Jax keeps talking to about securing the deed to the waterfront pier that Ric Lansing has now.

Diego is the son of Lorenzo Alcazar. Played by Incacchio Senigroa from 2004-2005 he showed up again in 2006 before being killed off again, when Sam shot him.
Dr. Ian Devlin is a new character who went to medical school with Patrick and is becoming a very interesting character.
dr.devlin just came last week and is patricks friend from med school who has just started working at the hospital and deigo is alcazers son who was the pc stalker and was shot and "killed" by sam when he was going after her and jason
Diego was that bad boy who was so hot ! Alcazars long lost son, dies when Sam shot him, ( I believe that incident scored her The Everyday Hero job ), and traumatized Alexis's daughter, who accidentally witnessed the murder.
Ah, Dr. Devlin, is thrown is to keep our attention,,and make us all guess, and not get sick of the Logan/Coop/Lulu chase LOL. Devlin struts around like God's gifts, which I don't get...so he must be a bad guy lurking with a plan to wreck .
