There are currently 6 and a half, they stopped halfway through the 7 series because of the writers strike, hopefully now that is coming to an end they will finish the final series!

Season 7 is the season that premiered in America 25/10/07, 6 episodes have been aired, then they stopped because of the strike, with I believe 4 episodes in the can. There is talk of them making a final 4 episodes, to be either aired on NBC, or released straight to DVD. These episodes will be the last ever ones.

They have six on dvd. Season seven was airing but then the writers strike happened. Since then, there has been many rumors and speculation as to whether or not they will even finish out the season. Season seven is the last season either way though.
