He said when he was making the skit some white guy was in the corner laughing a little too hard at the black pixie. It caused him to rethink his show, which ultimately led to it's ending.

He had a revelation about himself and his comedy and decided that he didn't want to go about using his fame to promote racism. He says that the pressure of fame became too much and he basically broke down. When he came back to sync with himself he decided he didn't want to continue doing what he was. It's respectable even if people can't understand it.
