Ok they just commited a few fines?!
Question: I was recently listening to the mexican radio network and they were able to use profanity that would typically not be allowed by the fcc,it was unbelievable this type of thing caused howard stern to be fined millions,yet the mexicans aren't fined a penny.It's not only on radio either the mexican tv networks are able to bypass censors every night,
it's not that i want them censored,it's just why do they get special privileges that the american networks don't get?
