I don't have any idea who his parents are but his grandmother's name is Miriam. On a spoiler page I read it says "Down the Road" Jason and Spinelli will find out who Spinelli's father is but that Jason will keep it a secret for him .
I think it will end up being either Trevor and Kate or Luke and Laura or Scotty and someone maybe Laura. I think that he will want to keep it a secret if its Luke and Laura because that would mean that he would be the brother of "The Blonde One" and if its Scott then that could end up him being brothers with Logan
