Question: Maybe it was Twilight Zone, but I'm not sure...
It was about a guy who saw his killer in reflections. Every time he saw a reflection (like in glass, or on shiny objects) his killer got closer to him.
To save his life, he tried covering up all the shiny objects in his home....
But in the end, his killer ended up catching him in the reflection in his girlfriend's eyes ...

It is an Amazing Stories episode called Mirror, Mirror.
An egotistical horror novelist dismisses the supernatural in real life, but he is forced to reconsider his disbelief when he finds himself pursued by a bizarre figure with a misshapen face. The strange thing? He can only see the man when he looks in the mirror. Each time he looks into a reflective surface, he finds the weird figure gaining on him with malicious intent, which has him terrified of what will happen if the ghastly figure should ever reach him.
It was directed by Martin Scorsese.
I've never seen that. but it sounds like it could be taken from an old book "The picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde. It is a great book.
