Someone, please explain this about desperate housewives to me?!
Question: I love, love, love the series and usually I watch it out of order, but this time I'm watching it online episode by episode. Anyways, I'm on episode 20 right now (in the middle of it) and I have one question:
I missed part of a couple of episodes since the site was messed up, but WHY is Matthew telling Caleb that Danielle likes him and stuff, and telling him to kiss her? Is Mathew messed up too? Did Mathew tell Caleb the same thing about that Melanie Foster Girl?
Basically, WHY does Mathew tell Caleb that his girlfriends like him? & Does Betty (their mom) know about this?
And what happened: did Caleb go into Danielle's room or something? One of the episodes I was watching got cut off.
Mathew is so mean! What is happening?

Betty doesn't know yet, but she'll ventually find out. What Mathew wants is to make his mother send Caleb away so he can go on with his life, go out, invite friends over, that sort of things. About Melanie, he didn't tell Caleb to go after her, but now he knows he falls easily for pretty girls and has planned this with Danielle to get rid of him!

Matthew is trying to get Caleb in trouble, so he gets put away and Matthew can get on with his own life.
Their mother now know, and caleb did go into Danielle's room. Mathew is just trying to protect himself from his past, which is not yet know.
