The original fight was over an expired coupon. Then in the episode where Peter had death take him back in time to fix the future and get Lois back it showed Peter hit the chicken at the dance. So they've made it seem like they've hated each other since high school. I think the chicken has been in 3 or 4 episodes, all but one has them fighting.
Lol I think something was sad to peter when they first met and from than on it's just been an all out war lol. It's funny cuz u made me remember the episode. Good times good times.
