Help with a name of a TV show?!

Question: it was from a few years ago. I don't remember what it was called but I remember that It was about some Dr's One of the Doctors was the lady that plays Tims wife on Home Improvement and the other lady was named Lou Delgato or something like that... "tims wife" ends up leaving the show to become the Surgon General.... Any Idea of what i'm talking about???

I think this is what you are thinking about. It still comes on, on the Lifetime Channel on Sundays. I really enjoying watching that show. It's a good one, in my opinion.
