Disney Channel Fraud!!!!!?!
Question: Is it me or does is seem like to even get a part on any of the disney shows its a requirement that you must know how to sing as well as act. Everywhere I look, here is someone else trying to sing even though we werent aware that they had a singing background.. Now all the cast of Hannah montana have their own music videos on the disney channel, so did everyone on thats so Raven, cory in the house, suite life, and many others... Its not that i dislike them , or think that they cant sing,but what about the people who just have a passion for acting and can do it well...its not fair that they get passed over because they cant sing...
And no im not in the acting business or even a wannabee singer..im just an observer...

I've noticed the trend as well. I was surprised to learn that most of the disney stars have a singing career as well as an acting one. To me it seems that that should not be a factor in who gets picked to be on a show. I mean I love disney and used to think how cool it would to be on a show but then its like no i cant because i do not know how to sing at all. to tell the truth i dont know if its actually disney requireing the stars to sing or is it just that some of the acters think that since most of them are getting older thats the only thing left they can do after the disney career. I really dont see to many of the disney acters getting huge roles in action packed movies unless it is created by disney. Look at Hilary Duff now that she is older u see her making albums and being in "material girls" movies so maybe thats what they have left. That is just what i feel.
That's because they want their actors to be multi-talented and make more money out of them, by making them sing and release singles, soundtracks and music videos.
They want the triple threat actors because once they're no longer cute they continue to make money by convincing teens that they're edgy.
