A new episode of Grey's Anatomy will air on March 27, 2008. I believe it will air right after Lost.. I hope this helps

GA has shown ALL the episodes they filmed before the strike- there is No more to show at this time
It all depends on the when the Writer's Strike ends.
If it ends in the next week or so (and there is a good chance it could -- the WGA are having meetings with all their members on Saturday to go through the proposed deal), then we could start to see new episodes on most dramas (including Grey's) in about 6 weeks (they have to finish scripts, shoot the episode and then go through post-production). Comedies may be back even sooner, because the post-production is less involved with comedies.
