well since i have a family, i like to watch shows that relate to my family. or at least how i see us. so i like stuff like bernie mac and king of queens.
When I'm feeling blue I like to watch either Grey's Anatomy or House or something violent with punches and blood....
When up and cheery I like to watch funny up beat stuff like Ugly Betty or ANTM.

My favorite kind of TV programs have to be reality TV. I love shows like American Idol, Project Runway, and even good Travel and Cooking Shows. :-)
The next faves have to be Music Shows on VH1, followed by funny sitcoms and even few cartoons. They're entertaining. :-)
