I loved, loved, loved ALF!!! That was my favorite show when I was a child! I even had a stuffed Alf I carried around with me.
I remember that the government got ALF...I'm pretty sure that the last episode wasn't supposed to be the last. I think there was supposed to be another season, but it didn't materialize.
I saw the other answer about ALF the move. If there is seriously an ALF the movie, where can I find it??? I'd love to watch it!!!

"I thought th T.V. movie 6 years later was rude. Season 4 cliffhanger of Alf being found by the alien task force was a cliffhanger to be decided in the planned out season 5. I know they canceled the show because it was hard to maintain the Alf puppet, but waiting six years to make the movie has people waiting fro six years to figure out what happened to the lovable fuzzy Alf. I liked that show too. When I meet any one named Lloyd, I remember that "la-loyd" and "La-Lynne" thing, and in the last episode I saw the guy who was the father (whose name I forget) said "safe home old friend" which was nice, since he and Alf never seemed to get along.
