Answers: Mine was Open All Hours, the late Ronnie Barker was brilliant in my opinion....

Blackadder Goes Forth.

They took a very sad period in history and made it hysterically funny without lessening the impact of the horrors of the Great War nor being disrespectful to those who served and died.

Wonderful writing and brilliant acting.

Only fools and Horses, I have the whole collection on DVD, my hubby got it me two xmas ago and Its the best present I ever had.

I guess mines was Only Fools and Horses but Open All Hours was fantastic too.

The Honeymooners.....over 50years old but STILL funny...Jackie Gleason was a legend!

mine is tom & jerry

It was called The Edge. It wasn't on very long but it was hilarious.

Got to be fawltey towers

My wife and kids

How could it not be the Simpsons?!.... but also South Park and Futurama!

Don't forget Porridge when you are considering Ronnie Barker's great legacy.

Mine has got to be I Love Lucy. It was oneof the first pivitol comedies in television history. and Desi Arnaz was a good looking Cuban :)

There are a lot of comedies I really love, but I have to say my all time favourite is "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy". There are many I think were a lot funnier, but I have to choose The Hitchhikers Guide for the sheer scope of the imagination it took to write and create it. Douglas Adams was a genius.

married with children or on the buses

embarresing ones: roseanne, cartoon network shows, threes company

Hard to narrow that down to but if I had one it would be by decade: 60s: The Dick Van Dyke Show, 70s: All in the Family, 80s: Family Ties, 90s: Coach.
