On American Idol?!
Question: Has anyone else noticed that the contestants (take for example the one last night that Simon asked if her audition was a joke) are wearing different clothes when they are in the line to audition then they are when they are auditioning in the room with the three judges? This really bothers me for some reason.

I think that particular girl changed clothes since she was outside in line for so long. Her outfit outside was a yellow sundress, and the outfit she wore for the audition was much more put together. Plus, I think they go back and interview people later when they want to give some back story. I could be wrong though. :)
I think that a some of them probably change before the audition
. I think they wait in line for hours, so they probably change into their audition outfit before they go in.
no i haven't notice but i will tonight lol and maybe they want to change b4 they audition
They probably change ebfoer the audition. Some of them are there for 12+ hours and I'm sure they want to look fresh for the audition. Also..they may not audtion for the 3 judges on the same day..they may spend all day seeing the pre-judging panel and the next day see the 3 "real" judges.
