First, why the 'fat Marcie'?? That is demeaning and disrespectful. Kathy is a very pretty, intellegent, and talented actress and singer. Good for her for not caving in to the pressure of being thin to be an actress!
That being said, yes, the kidnapping charges against Marcie would be dropped. God for Vicki for standing up for what is right, even against her own brother!

I don't think Viki will press charges against Marcie. She'll do the right thing. Todd may have to drop charges too if he needs Marcie to care for Sam. In any event, I think Marcie will get away with probation & community service. Haven't seen yesterday's yet.

If Victoria Lord Davidson does not press charges against Marcie McBain, then they will not be able to charge her with holding Vicki hostage. The charges of kidnapping, however, will still press forward, even if Todd chooses not to press because she crossed state lines and that makes it a Federal case.

"Fat Marcie" is disrespectful. I read that Marcie will avoid jail time so I assume all of the charges will be dropped. I like Marcie but what she did was wrong. She should have to face the consequences of her actions.

marcie is not fat.she may be heavy but she's not fat.and i think todd and blair should be arrested.they both annoy me,they like power over other people,and they're selfish.michael and marcie were the best parents that little boy will ever have.todd and blair arent fit to be parents.they're completely messed up.they both need to be in the mental hospital like blair's mother was.take todd and blair to the looneybin,lock them up,and throw away the key.i wish they'd both leave the show already.bring back the good characters-tina,cord,max,joey buchanan,and others.todd and blair always go back and forth between staying together and splitting up.they annoy me,their relationship annoys me,and i think they're one of the worst couples on daytime-ever.get rid of them.and give viki more storylines.and give addie cramer a full-time job as cast member.good riddance,i say to todd and blair.
