he was speeding 75 mph in a 55 zone but it was a set up for his gal to stop him..he did get her back tho by trading her with someone from their force...so she isnt leaving the show....Dorian has a new out look on Vickies relationship with Charlie B and has more or less given them her blessing due to something Addie told her ...that she wouldnt be set free untill she saw that others were happy..yes charges can be dropped if the person doesnt opick up charges...but the state can always pick up the charge..todd has lost his freakin mind teaming upwith ol boy who want to kill GiGi..and tomorrow Adrianna tells Rex that he is the father of GiGi's baby..oh and Charlie B is not rex's father
You can refuse to cooperate with the D.A. and ask the judge to give the kidnapper leniency when the sentencing phase comes around. But, it is ultimately up to the D.A. and judge to decide what happens to the kidnapper. BUT . . . this is a soap, anything is possible!

He got arrested for speeding to see Talia. It seems like it would have been easier for him to just call or pop in at the sstation.I think the kidnapping is going to be dropped so Todd can stay out of jail...again.
Kidnapping maybe a federal offense in some states, but not on Soaps. Antonio & Talia are just wasting time getting together. It's just nonsense.
