Who else thinks the show House is overrated?!
Question: OK, I watched this show a couple of times and liked it but after 3 or 4 times I realized the premise of every episode is exactly the same. A patient goes to the hospital via wheelchair, gurney, or on their own two feet and has this mysterious disease that nobody can figure out and every single doctor has a different opinion on what that disease is and everybody thinks House's diagnosis is crazy up until 5 minutes before the episode is over they realize he's right and they're wrong. The patient's family is amazed at House's Jesus like abilities and House gets an erection because he's the only one who knew what was wrong with the patient. Who else agrees with me?

Yes, every episode is exactly the same. However, the thing that makes the show great is the drama behind what happens. Like in Season 1 when Volger tried his best to fire House, or in Season 2 when Tritter wanted him locked up, or most recently Season 3 when the entire team either quit or got fired. Not to mention House's personality being the perfect blend of horrible and hilarious.
But then, I guess we all have our own opinions.

i like the show but yea i guess you're right but same with movies they are predictable and same with soap operas the good guy always wins... so i deal with it.lol

you're probably missing the point.
I believe most shows are over rated. If u look at the commercials whoever makes them takes out only the most funny, exciting, or drama clips from each show for the commercials. So I say all shows are like that not just this one.
But I do admit I love watching Hugh Laurie's character. I find it fascinating that a British man can do a American accent.
I think Hugh Laurie is great and has alot of charisma (I recently found out he was English, LOL). However, I can't stand the show "House." I think it's overrated, I watched 2 episodes and thought it was junk. Oh well....watch LOST!
Your completely wrong, it's an intelligent, insightful show about medical mysteries, the premise of the show is the fact that Greg House is a misunderstood genius, apparently you missed the point of the show.
