Michael. this is based on what people have deciphered from the newspaper clipping jack is holding. its not 100% confirmed to be Michael it's just that the evidence points to him, but could be anyone.
Hurley maybe. In the season 4 premiere, the flash forward takes place before the funeral shown in the season 3 finale flash forward. In the premiere, Jack is going to see Hurley to see if he'll tell "their secret." Hurley may eventually divulge this secret, which is hinted at by Hurley telling Jack that he thinks that maybe they should go back, which would lead all the other survivors to hate him. This would explain Jack's demeanor from season 3 finale that he finally realizes after seeing Hurley's casket, that he was right and they should go back which he then tells Kate.
Also could be Ben or Locke.
Based on the size of it, I'm going to go with either Ben or Walt.
Maybe Claire's baby, depending on how much times has passed. Could be years in the future.

I don't think its Hurley's because why would Kate not go, and also Hurley has family. Same with Rose she has family.
I think its Ben or Locke...But who knows???
It would have to be one of the survivors, which rules out Ben IMO. The coffin wasn't big enough for Hurley, and it doesn't make sense that Hurley's family and friends wouldn't be there. Rose doesn't make any sense, since Bernard would be there.
It has to be someone who Jack felt some kind of connection to, enough to be upset by their death. It's someone he thinks Kate may have felt connected to, but maybe something bad happened between them. It's also someone who has no real family or friends. So the most likely person is Sawyer.
