Hi There. I worked with Anthony Anderson on the set of K-Ville. The reason for the shut down is NOT because of the strike. K-Ville stopped shooting more than a month before the strike started. The real truth behind it is because ratings were low. Many people felt that the showshould be canceled & The producers agreed. However right now since the strike is close to ending (I know this because I am a writer) Anthony and the rest of the cast are in talks with producers to see how they can improve the show. At this time K-Ville is NOT Cancelled. The show is however on Life-Support, meaning, it could very well be cancelled.

There is a writer's strike. There are barely any new shows being produced. Things like Grey's Anatomy, CSI, Ugly Betty, Heroes are all done until the strike is over. K-Ville is probably on that list as well like everything else.
