Have biggest loser contestants kept the weight off?!
Question: We won't know for sure until the finale, but it looks like they are all doing well. When someone gets voted off, they show how they look a few weeks after leaving the ranch. All of those voted off so far have been working out almost everyday, and some ven have trainers. The mother/daughter team work out together everyday. To me, the key is how they do once they get adjusted to real life. I think it's easy to lose the weight when you don't have family or work obligations, plus you have trainers!! So, the finales are my favorite part!! I am excited to watch a new episode tonight!

From the way it looks like yes plus they have lost some!!
