She isn't getting pregnant. I think the text message killer will be someone shocking that no one would suspect like, Diego Alcazar, he can be tied to all the girls except Leticia but there could be a secret link.Michael thinks he needs the gun to protect Carly and little Morgan is going to end up shooting himself.

My guesses as to the correct answers to all your questions are as follows:
1. Carly was crying because she was told by Dr. Lee that no matter how many times she & Jax..... (well, you know what), no matter what kind of in vitro fertilization tricks that modern science & medicine have, Carly can never..... AND THE REF MEANS...... NEVER.... ever get pregnant again!
2. My guess as to who hit Sam would be Monica. She was Drinking & Driving... LITERALLY! To my knowledge, while ABC has done PSA messages about Breast Cancer & AIDS featuring GH Stars, they have never done 1 on Drunk Driving, so the time is just about right. Although a case could be made against Liz for driving while in her sleep deprived condition AND Carly for driving while trying to talk on a cell phone.... a HANDHELD model at that. Hasn't Carly ever heard of BLUTOOTH? What about OnSTAR? She & Jax are surely rich enough to afford them, what with them owning a hotel in NYC, Montreal, Hawaii & Port Charles.... I mean.... WTF?
3. My guess is that The Text Message Killer is that new waiter at Kelly's Diner, I think his name is Daniel, who killed Coop & made it look like a suicide because Coop was getting to close to discovering the fact that Daniel was another one of Jerry Jacks' masked men at The Metro Court Crisis as well as TMK! Either that, or the Mystery Man with the Tatoos on his Shoulder who keeps chatting with Jerry
4. Despite Sonny & Jason's efforts to keep Carly & the kids safe, Michael feels as a soon to be too big for his britches teenager, he feels that it is his duty to protect his family by using a gun. Another perfect point for a PSA about guns & gang violence! They could probably also do one on playing with matches with Cameron and the House Fire that caused Liz to badly cut her leg.

I think the spoilers say that she IS pregnant and maybe she is happy? grateful? Also the spoilers say Monica hits Sam. Leslie Charleston has been wanting a storyline and felt "underutilized" and this could be the ticket to keep her on camera, be in alot of scenes, and make a political statement on drunk driving....
Monica hit Sam. I mean, the Quartermaines are all but extinct now and the writers have been setting them up and knocking them down, one by one for quite a while now. What a shame.
Michael will indeed shoot someone, but I can't guess who the victim would be. Maybe a Quartermaine. Daniel is the TMK.
I think Carly is either not pregnant or can't get pregnant. Or is pregnant but the kid has a problem. Whatever it is, it's not good; those were not happy tears.

He's being the little brat that he is. I think poor little Morgan will get the gun and either shoot himself or someone.

i think she found out that she wasnt pregnant like she thought all the signs were pointing to. she didnt look happy so it cant be anything else.
i am hoping it was liz jus to see how the story would be written and how it will play out. but if its monica it will give the vet more screen time which is cool
i dont want logan to be the tmk. i want him to be hooked up with maxie. we already kno they have chemistry so i think they would make an interesting couple. some1 else said the killer sounded like jerry jax. it didnt sound like any1 to me. and logan has no connection to any1 else other than coop, maxie and georgie so he doesnt fit.
as for micheal he's being a brat as usual. i wish he would shoot himself and not morgan. kid needs to learn a hard lesson quickly. where the hell has sonny been? carly is trying even tho she is all up in jason's business she has spoken to micheal, got jax to talk to him and even went to jason. sonny has yet to play his part.
