No, they finished filming the current season (which premiered last week or so) about three weeks before the pregnancy news broke. Nick decided to run with it sighting the cost of production and the want to stand by their star... The show was already slated to be canceled after this season so they figured it didn't really matter. Interestingly enough the season premiere was the highest rated Nick show ever... Dirty old pervs.

zoey comes back to pca because she thinks she likes chase. so she convinces her parents to let her go back.
but.....
chase really loves zoey, so he convinces his parents to let him go to zoey's school in england.
so zoey goes from england to pca and chase goes from pca.
but when they find out what happened, chase has to stay in england for the rest of the semester so they try to have a relationship anyway. and it doesn't really work out well because their video chat keeps malfunctioning.
and that's pretty much it.
no they already finished shooting the whole 4th season in summer 2007 so they have those episodes set. in fact they could just continue the series like nothing happened, many other actresses from t.v. series have gotten preggers before geez
I hope its never aired again on TV, even in repeats - a 16yr old pregnant - hardly the message to convey to little girls.
