Did you watch Lost last night are you confused or did you understand it?!

Question: Understand Lost completely? Impossible. The great thing about Lost is unraveling some of the mysteries and piecing together the jigsaw puzzle. I think I understand the plot as well as most avid watchers of the show. As usual, there are plenty of mysteries. I'm wondering who the Oceanic six are: we know Kate, Jack and Hurley. I'm betting Claire also since Desmond had that vision of her being rescued in a helicopter. Sun also because she's pregnant. I think that the Oceanic six are pretending to the world that the other survivors didn't survive the plane crash, hence Hurley's guilt and his insinuations to Jack that they need to fix things. Also, in last season's finale Jack tells Kate that they need to "go back" to the island. The Oceanic six feels guilt because they left the others behind and lied to the world about their being dead. That's my guess. I also think Jin will die. I think Sun will make it off the island and that the reason she can live with her actions (pretending the others died) is because Jin has already died. There is no way Sun would leave Jin behind unless he died and I am pretty sure that Sun will be one of the Oceanic six, since she cannot survive pregnant on the island.
I think Claire too (with Aaron) and maybe Sayid. One thing is for sure- I'll be watching all season.

It always leaves me confused, that's what keeps me going back to watch, to try and get unconfused, this is confusing!!!!!

I couldn't wait for it in Aussie (another week or two away) so I downloaded it LOL

ummm .. yeah it was OK - but think it will get more confusing on the flash forwards, instead of flash backs.

I am still trying to work out who was in the coffin that Jack visited last episode, last season...

The oceanic 6 are; sayid, kate, hurley, sun, jin, jack.

plus michael is off already -- my guess that's who's in the coffin.

Actually a lot has changed and now we get to see a new view point.
Very promising indeed. Season three was off track, but now they have an end date of may 2010, there will be real answers and a structure not just a cash cow.

Well done the Lost team.

Great to see an opener centric not jack.

Remember folks the details, all about the details; like webisodes, keys clues in the back ground, accompanying websites, subplots and now flash forwards as well as flash backs. Brilliant work.
I think people just give up as it hurts there brain because they need answers.

Go read Lost horizons the book.

Me thinks the tycoons Widmore and paik are running against each other to find the, up until now hidden island, maybe even the garden of eden...?
Maybe old mythology reveals great power or wealth from the island. hence them wanting to find it. Just remember the paintings in widmores office.
The eletromagnetic force is because it is the centre of our existence, maybe even a doorway to another dimension, or parallel.
The island is a paradise/shangri la/ eden, the lost people so desperately want to get off but to what? there lives are mostly in tatters. On the island they can start again, a new life.
The oceanic 6 that do get off, as we see, want to go back. The others stay or get left -- i say stay

Jacob takes the form of the dead, as we see with yemmi and now christian shepard....is jacob god? a god? is jacob the gate keeper? is he the snake from the garden of eden? maybe the smoke is that such snake....

there is a lot to wonder....

hanso
dharma
widmore
paik
early slave boats
the building of an airport and mining
the link betweens most characters in some form or another
mythology of the polar bear
eden / shangri la
parallel bermuda triangle

oooooh it goes on and on

IN THE END I THINK BEN WILL TURN OUT A GOOD PERSON WHO HAD THE ISLAND AT HEART.

I gave up on that lot when I "lost" interest to the point that I no longer recalled that it was on. That must have been in 2006. So it's all lost on me now.

i never watch it

I lost the plot just after the scriptwriters did.
