but that won't help you compare Lost to 24 as they aren't both airing now and they aren't in the top 20 shows for the season.
Just to compare Lost and Prison Break, though, you can do with the daily ratings. Lost (reported on Friday) got a 9.5/14 (16.09 million viewers)...

while Prison Break (reported on Tuesday) only got a 4.7/7 the last time it aired (previous week due to the State of the Union address last Monday) which is only 7.9 million viewers, or less than half of Lost's audience...

The problem is what Nielsen will allow people to post. I can tell you that the season finale of 24 only had 10.19 million viewers and the season finale of Prison Break only had 8.01 million viewers, which are both less than Lost's finale last year of 13.65 million...

Comparing season finale numbers seems fair, as I cannot get a hold on season average numbers for anything outside the top 20 shows.
