all of the casting was already done for the second show. i think they are either taping in the spring or summer (cause parents didn't like their kids out of school for 40 days) I also love the show and can't wait until it comes back on. however i dont think that it will be as good as the first season of it cause no kids could ever compare to those kids.
None as hot as greg and blaine
None as annoying as Taylor
None as whimpy as Mike
and None as smart as Alex and Jared
My favorite kid was definately without a doubt GREG =]]]]
He was so hot and nice and sweet. he acted like a big brother to the rest of the town and i really liked that about him. even though he was rough and tough at times... all 15 year old guys are so i dont think anyone should hold that against him. He also definately showed through during the challenges as one of the strongest on the show. he was a great asset to the blue team and they wouldnt have dont good without him. the show overall wouldnt have been as good as it was without greg.

it will probably start in the fall, knowing cbs. you can go to cbs for some info. It might be delayed beacuse of the writers strikei didnt watch it, dont know.
I hate that show. On the first one, many kids got hurt and injured. One kid accidentally drank bleach.

For a potential sequel, Kid Nation 2, candidates were required to submit a written application and a three-minute video. To be considered, candidates needed to be between the ages 8 and 15 at the time of application, hold United States citizenship and a passport, and grant the producers the right to conduct a background check. Semi-finalists would travel at their own expense to one of 11 regional interviews, with finalists flown to Los Angeles for the final selection. Applications were due by October 9, 2007.[52]
