Is "LOST" turning into Gilligan's Island?!

It always was part "Gilligan's Island",but it was also part "Fantasy Island" and "Mysterious Island".

i dont think so since there really is no original people but the dharma inititive who ben and his friends (the others) killed and also they can go off the island since they did to go get juliet
haha, i didn't think about it that way. lost is obviously more complex than gilligan's island in that their reasons for not getting off the island are more than just a mixup in communications. somebody doesn't want them to get off the island. some of them do get off, though, as season four would have us believe, so maybe it won't be gilligan's island for much longer. we'll just have to wait and see.
