Good Fantasy/Sci-Fi TV?!

I enjoy Fantasy/Sci-Fi TV but I have run out of shows to watch so I am looking for something new I haven't seen. My favorites are Buffy, Angel, Roswell, Farscape, Xena and Voyager. Please let me know what some of your favorite shows in this genre and why it is so good (without spoilers)

Are you looking for shows that are currently airing? If so, I'd recommend these:
Heroes - ordinary people develop powers. Good plots, great characters, lots of twists and turns.
Battlestar Galactica - dark and gritty. Science fiction as a metaphor for the war on terror.
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - very new, and I'm still not sure I buy the casting of Sarah, but good action and the new terminator is the best part of the show.
Stargate (this would be both SG-1 and Atlantis) - kind of uneven, but both are generally fun adventure shows.
Pushing Daisies - fun, frothy, and visually gorgeous.
Lost - You definitely need to watch from the beginning, but it's an intriguing show. My biggest complaint is that they keep killing people off.
Supernatural - two brother fight demons and deal with urban legends. Kind of uneven, but some episodes are really good.
Would you be interested in the reimagined Battlestar Galactica? (The original series was made in the late 70s).
