Question: There used to be a show on tv that i really can't remember the name of. It had to do with a man who would go outside and then come back and draw and paint things. Does anyone know what this may be? By the way, it was a childrens program. Thanks

In UK it might have been Tony Hart or Rolf Harris. I dont know which country you are talking about.
