Carly. She has a history of hit-and-runs -- during the whole Jax/Courtney/Liz surrogocy storyline, she was the one who hit Liz and caused the miscarraige. Not to mention, she drove her own car off a cliff at least once.
But I think for a while everyone will suspect Liz because of all the animosity between her and Sam, and then Monica will suspect herself because she'll have been drinking, but ultimately it will turn out to be Carly. Who will of course suffer absolutely no consequences, because she is braveandstrongandloveswithherwholeheart.

Totally a guess on my part, but I'm gonna say Liz. Just because it would create the most conflict, and help in the redemption of Sam's character.

i'm hoping its liz jus cuz it would make the sl interesting eps if its a hit and run. but the writers wont let the perfect prissy 1 do such an outright horrible thing. so it will most probably be monica. i think they have been looking for a sl for her so this will be good along with her drinking.
Carly and she didn't stop and then Elizabeth stopped only to get hit by Monica...now that would be a funny storyline!
